About me

I provide help for expats moving to the Arabian Gulf region in understanding the culture and its implications on a daily life.

I consult for entrepreneurs, managers and individuals who need support in adjusting to the lifestyle in the Middle East by setting out a straightforward adaptation strategy ,which helps them establish themselves in a new geo-cultural context and enjoy this experience.

As a former airline recruiter, I also prepare young people to become cabin crew for the top airlines in the world and to cope with the cultural differences after they move to the Middle East.

Having lived in the GCC region for over 10 years, having worked with people of over 100 nationalities and been a long-term expatriate in the Middle East complemented by my studies in cross cultural psychology, I can confidently support other professionals making this big transition in their lives.

As a lecturer for  Universities in Poland I share my knowledge and experience teaching how to work with partners from different cultures.

Cultivating a luxury of being myself has been my personal mission for sometime. Yes, international travel, 5 star hotels and jetsetting the world were all part of it. Yet, what it really means is staying true towards my values: independence, self-development, balanced living and making a difference in people’s lives.

I enjoy supporting cross-cultural recruitment processes offering my unique exposure and expertise.

If you have a project in mind you’d like to tap my vast cross- cultural experience and ability for, get in touch via email kr@dealwithculture.com.
